What is an identifier code?
Our service is by invitation only, and your identifier code represents your invitation to use our service. It allows you to look up your property in our system and provides you with access to all of the valuable information and insight gained by using our service. If you recently received a letter from us in the mail, your identifier code appears in the right margin of that letter.
How do I get an identifier code?
If you don't have an identifier code or can't find it, please contact us and a member of our team will assist you further.
What do I get from having an identifier code?
Once you receive an identifier code, you can use the form above to find your property in our system. You'll have access to a lot of valuable information relating to your property tax assessment, such as how your assessment compares to similar homes near yours, how likely we think it is that you can reduce your property tax assessment by filing a property tax appeal, and how much money we estimate you have the potential to save in property taxes. You'll also have the ability to quickly and easily file your appeal using powerful evidence gathered by our system.
